Over the past few years, we’ve seen something truly special: a transformation in our club’s female game. From our youngest girls pulling on boots for the first time, to our senior women stepping up in competition and leadership—there is now a full pathway for girls aged 5 right through to adult rugby, on equal footing with our boys and men.

In our youth age groups, we’re proud to say that our girl player numbers now rival the boys. That kind of parity didn’t happen overnight—it’s taken commitment, belief, and the passion of our players, coaches, volunteers and families. And we’re just getting started!

Whether you’re starting in Minis, finding your feet in your teens, or picking up the game as an adult, rugby offers space for every girl and woman to grow—on and off the pitch.
