Our committee plays a vital role in the success and smooth operation of Carrick RFC, working together to plan, organise and manage the activities that keep our club thriving.

PURPOSE
• Leadership & direction – The committee provides clear leadership and sets goals to help the club grow and improve.
• Organisation of Events & Fundraisers – From matches and training sessions to fundraisers and social events, the committee ensures everything is well planned and runs smoothly.
• Decision-Making: The committee makes fair and informed decisions on behalf of all members, always aiming to reflect the best interests of the club.
• Communication: It acts as a bridge between Scottish Rugby, members, coaches, parents, and the wider community, keeping everyone informed and involved.
• Financial Oversight: The committee manages the club’s finances responsibly, ensuring funds are used effectively for development and social engagement.
